KG7 or KR7-A voltage mod

I found this little article over at www.mods4me.com dealing with my mobo and thought some of you guys with the same mobo might want to know about it. Personally I'm fairly new with computers, but I do know that doing this mod would allow alot more overclocking ability at the expensive of power and a risk to kill you CPU. I've heard about lots of people doing this and getting great results so I'm thinking of trying it. I have a Enermax Whisper 350W power supply. What do you guys think? Is doing a voltage mod worth it?

If you are not currently overclocking your 1.4Ghz Athlon then I would suggest doing a fsb overclock and/or unlocking the L1 bridges on the CPU and upling the multiplier a little. Only if you are going in for serious overclocking would I think about that voltage mod...
