Labtec webcam extremely choppy

My Labtec webcam is very choppy when I want to record a video. Howcome? I have the newest application for the webcam from the Labtec website.

Am I missing something else? Thanks!

this is do to a lot of things. Bandwidth, CPU processing time, ram (or lack therof).

Video processing is very resource intensive.
