laptop is not ok after afpansi trojan

Noticed that my laptop was been infected with afpansi trojan after scan.
Keyboard didn't function sometimes; sometimes I wasn't able to shut down the pc (system hang).
I followed all instructions on techspot/vb/topic50981.html; I found several minor infections but I have the idea that the pc is not fully ok.
E.g. system hang, system clock hang.
Attachments: AVG spyware and Hijack.

Hope someone can help me.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

You`re using an outdated version of HijackThis.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
