Latest RTX 4080 spec revision adds faster memory and a higher TBP

The only things I'm interested in is price and availability, everything else is a very, very distant third. Rumours of faster memory and a higher TBP (whatever that is) doesn't even generate enough interest in me to read the 1st paragraph of the article.

20w higher than 3080 10GB is not big deal when this GPU (RTX 4080) will beat even 3090 Ti easily
20W on average, not a big deal. But, what about potential spikes in that power draw? We've seen some articles that show that some of the newer cards (example 3080) can have big spikes in power draw. That's a question we won't be able to answer until we get cards that we can test with.

I run an overclocked 3090, 32GB ram and a 5950x just fine on an old 750w (but quality) PSU.
What's the PSU? I think they can run OK, but as testing has shown, depending on what you're doing, you can have power spikes that would put that 50 (or even 850) at risk of shutting down.
