Lexar 512MB compactflash media

I really need help. I just photoed a wedding on this Lexar compact flash and while it was in my canon camera it just gave me an error. Now it will not read in my camera or on my compact flash card reader on my computer. I have trided programs like badcopy pro and ImageRescue to recover the photos but the card will not read. I really don't know what to do or what I am going to do if I cannot get these pictures back. Can anyone help?
