Limewire will NOT connect (firewall??)

I am trying to figure this out on my sisters comp. and It will not let Limewire Pro connect. Just to see, I disabled Microsoft anti Spyware realtime protection and disabled norton internet security and that worked a few weeks ago when i was taking a look at it but today it does not seem to do anything. It is XP Pro, I have tried reinstalling, If no ideas from you smart people i will just try that again, Any input would be greatly appreciated... Thanks
