My computer is a HP model, 1 GB RAM, two big harddrives and running several office programs and Trados (translation software) on XP Home. I'm also using two screens and watching lots of downloaded TV shows while working, surfing the net (2 Mbit ADSL through a Netgear Router MR 314). All this worked fine until a couple of days ago.
Suddenly the computer would lock up or slow down to a crawl without any apparent reason. Ctrl+Alt+Del showed no suspicious processes and I'm starting to get annoyed. I'm wondering if Norton Internet Security is the culprit, but I am not sure how to tell.
Here I'm attaching the Hijack file in case anyone can find something there - any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
