Looking for a kind of defragmenter for Outlook

My outlook pst file is about 1 Gb. I heard that it was possible to run a kind of defragmenter to reduce the size and so increase the performance. I had a look in several places but was not able to find the tool doing that. Any idea?

By rightclicking on an Outlook folder, you are given the option to compress it. Do that for all the 'biggies'. There might even be an option to do the whole lot in one go.
I don't have it installed, I'm just referring from memory.

Before you start, empty the 'deleted' folder.
