Looking for info on Tv-Tuners

i recently upgraded my pc and i still kinda want a tv tuner so i can watch tv with my new system but be able to pause and save it.

also i see that a few have FM tuners, i think that would be really cool since my radio is realy sub-par.

I dont really understand what all the specs for the Tv Tuners are so if anyone can kindly direct me to a site where i can get more info i would be thankfull.

This is the one I have in my pc. It works pretty good. I burn the shows I tape, onto dvd (rewriteable of course!) so I can watch them in the living room. I probably use it almost every day. If there are two shows on at the same time that I want to tape, I use my vcr for one and wintv for the other. Works great. Definately a good investment.
