Lots of errors and screens of death!

Hi, I'm new here...I come in search of people knowledge!!

I have suddenly started getting this error:

BCCode : 1000000a BCP1 : 0000006D BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 804EC9E4 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1

The laptop then dies and I can start it again.

Norton is also apparently protecting me from
W32.Zotob.E and
W32.Esbot.A

Could the two things be connected?
Is there anything I can do to stop all this stuff happening?

Any advice is very much appreciated. I have posted about the one error in another post but fear it may have got lost amongst everything else.

Try a couple of things;
See if you can boot into Safe mode and run Norton from there, Hopefully it can clean up the infection.
If you have the Norton CD it can Boot your computer (Just change boot order to Rom first in Bios setup)
I would also disconnect from the Internet until Norton has accomplished it's task.
You might also try System Restore by choosing F8 before Windows sceens start and "Last Good Configuration" although this might not help the infection , so you will have to run Anti virus etc, immediately if it Boots.

Well I am very knowledgable about people. And I'm sure if you hang around long enough Didou will pop in, and he thinks he knows everything about everyone
