low fps ne help wil be appreciated

My computer been acting weird most recently. it makes weird noises and then goes away. My other problem also include not being able to run some games such as rennegade when i try to run renguard with it.
But my main problem is that when i try to play Guild wars i am getting like 1-10 fps mostly 1-3 and i use to get about 17-25 so something must be wrong. i have a geforce fx 5200 and i also got a tweak utility from asus but im afraid to meddle with it.

If u can help me out it would be great i would like to be able to play guild wars above the teens fps :/
