Your stuff is gone. There are utilities that attempt to recover data from a format, but you're not going to have much luck from my experience. A quick format - sure. But an unconditional format from a camera referred to as 'low level format' is a good indication you aren't getting it back using $30 software.

There's always professional data forensics, but that stuff usually costs thousands.

For any hope of retreiving your data, you'll need your memory card from the camera, a card reader the memory card plugs into, a computer to plug the card reader into and data recovery software.
