Making SATA Primary Driver When it is my Only Hard Drive

I looked through many forums, but couldn't find out how to do this.

I only have one hard drive its a SATA 160gb. I am currently using it right now, and it is the only hard drive in my computer.

For some reason its in the third driver slot on Bios, and I don't know how to get it into Primary. On the bottom right of the screen next to the clock there is a "Safely Remove Hardware" icon and when I click it, it asks me to safely remove my hard drive.

Can anyone tell me how I can make it my primary driver, especially since it is my only hard drive...

This is an internal connection.
The sata data cable needs to be reconnected into the 1st sata port (but actually doesn't matter)

As for the usb thing, some M/b report Sata HDD as USB, you cannot disconnect it in Windows

It is in the 1st SATA port. If I put it on the 2nd it recognizes it as the 4th driver...

The Safely Remove Hardware isn't an usb its the hard drive, If I click it the computer crashes.

I have no idea why my hard drive isn't being detected as primary...
