Manhattan USB 2.0 analog tv stick

hihi.. i just bought the above mentioned hardware to watch tv programmes..

however, i can't get it to work.. it always can't detect any channels..

do i have to buy other hardware for it to work? or does anyone know how to use it?

any help will be appreciated. thanks.

I just bought a tv card for my laptop. you have to program it either by scanning for channels or frequencies.
Most documentation are poor in explaning this and they're made in 3rd world countries.

but it cant seem to detect any channels available.. i dunno what the problem is..
