Maxtor PS3100

Hi, I'm new to the external storage stuff. How do I move and access files from my "C" Hard drive to my "F" or Maxtor External drive? I don't want them on both.

since you cant move the operating system on the external hard drive, but you can move your file (e.g. games, documents, and downloaded file) to external drive.
