Help Please! MCE 2005 Compliant Video Cards Compat with ATI Theatre 550?

I'm building my own MCE 2005 box...very excited.

Anyway, I've purchased the ATI Theatre 550 MCE version (comes with MCE remote) tv tuner and now need an MCE 2005 compliant video card. I'm using a Compaq Evo D51 (small form factor) box so I need a low profile card, I believe. Also, the motherboard supports 4X AGP only. I'm not a gamer at all but want the best quality tv picture this setup will support.

Any votes out there for best/most compatible video card which will fit this box?

I know I said best/most compatible, but I'd like to spend about $100 or less if possible.
