my fps ar with dmw-3 on 25 max but mostley 0.1 CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLZz

Medal of Honor usually runs pretty well, even on old video cards like the Ti series. I think it's a driver clash or something but it doesn't hurt to have a few specs right?
