Medal of Honor problem

I am have this problem with Medal of Honor Allied assaut spearhead. I will be playing the game for about five to ten mins and then it shuts down I have 2x256mb sticks of 3200 memory. But I have all so overclock the cpu from 3.0 to 3.4ghz. I don't think that is the problem. any coments puke:

I found the problem it was the cpu. :dead: But I would like to know if 512md of memory is better or 1gb I have heard 512mb is better :suspiciou

I've never played it with a gig (uninstalled it during last upgrade). I played it with 512, and I must say that i thouroughly enjoyed the game.
