Media Stutters

I have only recently stated having this problem. When i start watching or listening to any type of media the sound sound of video skips or stutters. it has started to become quite annoying. But what i have noticed is that when i turn my wireless internet off, the problem go's away..

Can someone please help.. As i would like to have my internet connection running while i am viewing media without the stuttering.

My system spec is..

HP PAVILLION ZD8000 LAPTOP

Hit ctrl+alt+delate >> task manager >> applications: leave your internet browser
>>processes: close anything listed with your login name

I have tried that but the problem is persistant.. i cant close all the applications with my name. as this closes my explorer..

i have attached a picture that shows what programs are running..
 
deeko247, it may be me and my machine, but it looks like u cut off the top of the pic. and I can not see what is running.
 
Yeah, try and hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and switch to the "Processes" tab and it should list all of the running programs...trust me, there are more than you think :D !
