Hi, i dont know much about computers but still, i decided to upgrade my memory to 1GB from 512mb. Any way i thought i should check to see whar type of memory my compaq had first to make sure i get exactly the same make ect... for my second 512mb stick. any way, i downloaded this: HWiNFO32 1.54 Download from this site and installed it all ok and that, now i need your help, have gone to the memory tabe bit and a whole load of information has come up that means crap all to me, so what i want to know is what do i look for to give me help on what to buy?
