i am using a p.c 2100 256MB ram with a p.c 3200 512MB ram.will this harm my computer

If it runs stable, then it is all OK. If the system is unstable, then you may experience data loss, but no hardware damage.

These ram modules are compatible. They will run at the lower speed of 266mhz.
