MEmtest results have my stumped

I did a 10 hour test the otherday with both sticks in. 28 errors came up. So I took out one stick and tested it while I was at work. No errors. DId the next stick the next day for a good 12 hours. No errors... Sooo Im confused now. Does that mean its my board? Or does that mean I just didnt test one long enough to get the accurate test

Some ram will work fine on it`s own, but not when run with another stick. This is usually a sign of ram incompatibility.
