Message Service Pop-Up

Hi ppl,

I keep getting a pop-up that says:

"STOP WINDOWS REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION"

"Windows has foud 55 critical System Errors"

"to fix errors please go to www.desktopfix.com"

I have attached my hijackthis log, can someone please tell me what i need to fix?
