I have a Micron Client-Pro that is getting Specifically a "Media test failure, check cable" error but I booted one time out of several and saw a CMOS battery low error.
The machine is booting into DOS but no further. When I try and hit F1 to get into the BIOS it only takes me in a circle and brings up the "Media test..." page again untill it comes to some page asking for my "Current Password:" That of course dosn't work when I type it in.
So tell me is there any hope for this poor old machine? If I can't even check the BIOS settings I don't have a clue what I could do. I want to try and re-load it but if the battery is low enough that it won't boot properly then I don't even know if that will work. Any advice?
