Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Program: C:/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe

I keep getting this runtime error everytime I exit out of the internet. If I have more then one screen up at a time, it exits out of all of them.

I have tried to get rid of all my virus protectors and the google toolbar as others were saying worked but it has not helped me.

Please.....If anyone has any other suggestions, they are much needed!

Thank you!

You could try reinstalling the C++ runtime library http://support.microsoft.com/kb/259403 or if you happen to be still on IE6, upgrade to IE7 or far better, move to another browser !! Also, you say it only happens on exit, so it may not be anything to do with IE at all, but some network component, for example, a network speed monitor. When did this start, and following installation of what package ? Think about that question and find your answer, like as not.

It didn't work.

I tried that of what you said and it is still doing it. For some reason though this morning it hasn't been but it probably will by the end of the day.

sounds like a memory leak or buffer overrun; remove ALL add-ons to the browser and reboot
