Can someone help me. Windows used to give me the option of booting between XP and Vista Beta but after repairing XP, Windows does not give me the option anymore. I haven't changed anything in the Vista partition. I don't know what to do to make the option screen before XP boots up come back again.

check your boot.ini file
go to ms website you can get correct line txt to enter
like example
your vista os files are in D:\winnt and your xp os is C:\windows
should read something like this
[boot loader]
timeout=30 <----this sets the time it takes to see the prompt screen
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\winnit="Microsoft Vista" /fastdetect
need to find out where you have the 2nd os
I would never place 2 os's on same partition in same dir

it may read like this
multi(0)disk(1)rdisk(0)partition(3)\winnt="Microsoft Vista" /fastdetect<-this needs to be fig. out

Ok now that guy doesn't help at all. He begins by explaining the installing XP or 2000 on a comp which already has Vista will cause Vista to not boot and then goes on to explain how to a previous version of Windows on one that already has Vista. Didn't help at all.

hmm, I'm gonna try something like that Samstoned.

OK since this was a leap on my part
never looked at the vista side of system
since I have had no problems
I have looked at my boot.ini and it shows 2 OS's there
never looked further at vista
found this link
may be your best bet vista boot loader
