Missing MSVCP71.dll

I had the stupid Home Search Assistant. I used the info from here and few other websites to get rid of it. But the only thing I can't do is access any AOL programs. it says I am missing the above file. I tried downloading and running Missing File Setup. It worked great for all the other files but it didn't do anything for this one. Anyone have any ideas on how to replace this file?????
