Mobo compatible with computer

im planning on getting a new motherboard and i was wondering if this mobo would be compatible with my computer.

AOpen "AX4C Max II (Part# 91.8AU10.303)" i875P Chipset Motherboard For Intel Socket 478 CPU------- this is the one im planning to get.

i have an emachine T2894. it is a socket 478 with an i845GV. my question is would this mobo be compatible with my compouter.

Possibly, but brand name computers usually have proprietary cases. Look up emachine site and your computer manual for "ATX". If it's ATX, the case should fit any ATX board.

I think micro atx will fit in almost all cases. Many factory computers use micro atx.
