Mobo/ CPU Help?

I bought an Intel DQ965GFEKR mobo and E6700 off newegg a couple of days ago. Tried installing today and everything on the motherboard seems to be running (fans, GPU, CD rom). When I plug in the monitor I get no signal though. Its running on a 600watt PSU.
specs:
DQ965GFEKR mobo
E6700 Conroe
EVGA 8800 GTS
Blue orb II
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s
Kingston HyperX 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
LITE-ON Combo Drive Black SATA Model SHC-52S7K-05 - OEM

The problem is that you've bought a motherboard that supports 1.8V memory modules only & you've installed 1.95V memory modules (at least that's what the Newegg specifications say). Do you have a link to the memory modules on the Kingston website ?

The problem is that the motherboard powers up & uses the SPD information it finds in the memory modules & the SPD specifications tell it to run at 800MHz with 1.95/2.0V resulting in no POST (as the motherboard does set the memory to 800MHz but cannot power it with 1.95/2.0V).

I have looked quite a bit into the issue as I myself have an Intel motherboard that supports only 1.8V modules at 800MHz (which by the way is the official JEDEC specification).

So can we say that ichixban's Kingston HyperX memory choice is not compatible with the Intel DQ965GFEKR mobo?

I went ahead and bought some new RAM.
mushkin 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

Installed today and I am still getting the same problem (standy mode for monitor). Everything on the board is still running. The RAM is 1.8 and has 5-5-5 timings. Any help?
