I have a Samsung Syncmaster 151mp hooked up to a Windows xp and now the monitor doesn't work. The message Sync. out of range 35.4 kHz/ 43 Hz pops up on the screen. I hooked this monitor to a windows 95 and the monitor works fine and i hook the monitor from the 95 to the xp and the monitor works fine too. How do I fix the samsung? Thanks

Hook up the prior monitor to your system and change the screen size under XP to 800x600. Shut down the prior monitor (turn it off and uplug) connect the Samsung back and it should work now. Those errors are saying you're out of size range you have max out the screen size so the monitor can't work at those levels..
