Well I recently switched to Windows Vista X64 and these annoying problems have came up
1. DVI to Monitor doesnt work (Either card or monitor) Because I get no video at POST either but I know its POSTing because if i let it go i can hear windows start up.
2. DVI>VGA Adapter to monitor VGA. I cant get the native resolution to work (Doesnt show up in display settings or NV control panel)
3. If I right click my desktop my monitor flashes off then on.
I have already tried reinstalling Windows, twice.
I did recently get this mobo also though, maybe it is causing it somehow but I think it is the monitor AND the driver AND the OS. I also tried it at stock CPU, no OC.
Specs:
eVGA 7800GT @ Sub 40C (Not temp problem) With accelero X1
E6300 2.66ghz
ABIT IB9 375 FSB
500W Antec Smartpower (New yay)
So should I RMA my monitor, its still under warranty i think.
