i got a ViewSonic Professional Series P95f+ 19" monitor. i bought this not long ago about a year old. every time i open up itunes my monitor makes beee sound, not too loud but u still can hear it when is quite, its kinda annoying. is this something that i can not fix?

This is very weird, I have never heard of this problem.

The only thing I can suggest is reinstalling iTunes and seeing if that helps. Are you sure it is from the monitor?

well it this doesnt happenes only with itunes but also with web pages, i think the pattern is whenever page has lots of words close together i can hear it, so i have alot of songs on itunes, as u knw all the names are close together.
and yes im sure it coming outta my monitor.
