Motherboard auto power up

I have a asus me-99B celeron 500Mhz motherboard, it will auto power up whenever time goes to 00:00:00. any comment is welcome. Thanks

frist i would check any auto power on option in bios

I have turned off all power up option in bios like wake on LAN, modem ring on etc and still happen. I use a ATX power supply on this motherboard.

Thanks. I will have to turn off power switch in the back or the power supply for now until I can find a solution.
