Motherboard trouble

Help- I have a MS-6577 motherboard- an Hp A705w system- It came with no HD, cd drives and no memory. I added all- including pc2700- But it will not start. No screen no start up or bios. I double checked everything- the cpu fan is running- I switched out the power supply and both front lights are running- but it will not boot even to bios and will not turn off by the front switch- Help any ideas ????? I have double checked everything
