Motherboard......?

Hello, I just bought a new motherboard opel and intel processor. When I switch on the system the fan and the front panel comes on but there is no keyboard light or any thing on the monitor,There is no blep at all. Any help?

The clues are in the manual, and in the online troubleshooting for that motherboard... Also, some motherboards are just bad.
