Mouse Choices

Hi guys. I'm sorry to bother you.

I'm ready to upgrade my 10+ year old mouse.

I don't want to go wireless. That sounds too unreliable for me right now.

I'm basically trying to decide between the Logitech MX518 and G5.

Both seem to be pretty good, and I've tried those and others out in stores.

Any suggestions ?

try u'r old mouse another 10 years i think both of them u mentioned are good choices.

I have the mx-510 and I really like it. I would assume that the 518 and G5 are better, so I think you made some good choices.

MX518 is a lot like 510 from what I understand, though it is a step up.

I can get the MX518 for a little under $40 and the G5 for right around $50 depending on place of purchase .

I guess I"m tyring to decided if the laser (G5) is really going to be that much better than the optical (MX518) .

Do you game alot? If so, then get the 510, the 518 is way to gittery for fps style games, my 510 has been going strong for 3 years, i dont know what i would do without the foward and back buttons for internet browsing.
