This is the second time now, i've bought an MP3 player and it only works for about 1/2 a year then it starts to give me problems. The newer is an RCA Lyra and it now takes forever to start up, and it will often restart when it finally turns on and starts the cycle over again. Once its on, though, the screen will freeze but the current song will play through to the end, then the whole thing freezes up. 2 or 3 times now it says there is a flash error and needs to be formatted, which I have done twice. RCA doesnt support Canadians it seems, and their site fails to acknowledge the model number (which it says on the back is an MC2602A) my first mp3 player was an older model of an RCA Lyra and had exactly the same problems, anyone know how to fix this?
