MP3 player troubles

I have a samsung yp-mt6 MP3 player that is stuck on one track when i turn it on. It starts 4 mins into the song then if i try to go to the next one or go to the menu and select a new song its just turns off then back on, always 4 mins into that one song. Should a delete that song then try it and if that doesnt work can someone give me a link to a chat with a samsung customer support employee?
