If been fooling around the net, and came upon some offers for free Microsoft Evaluation Software, from MS...Examples

The Second one says its only for the UK, not sure where if the first one is the same thing though.... How come you can order these for free? And how come not in the US? I ordered them anyway...even though it says they dont ship to the US...probably just cancel them....
