Hello, I have a MS Wireless Comfort Keyboard and Mouse 6000 and have the Intellipoint and Intellitype 6.1 software for them. The keyboard and mouse lately have been acting squirrelly, for instance, when I hold down 'w' in a game to move forward, it will stop and I have to release and repress. The mouse is also acting a little jumpy. It felt like the batteries were running low so I checked the two programs above to look at the battery indicators and surprisingly, they were both 'good' and fully green. I have had those batteries installed for at least 3 months. I changed the batteries anyways to see if it made a difference. They didn't. In fact, when I took out the batteries altogether, they battery indicator still read full. Has anyone heard of the program not updating itself? The issue is new and yes, I have played the game for months now without the issue. Thanks guys!!
