Hello charismakink and welcome to TechSpot.

Very Important: Malware infections can lead to identity theft, loss of funds from bank accounts, misuse of credit card information, etc since they can send sensitive information from your computer to their creators. Please read this thread before deciding what course of action to take regarding your infection.

If, after reading the above thread, you decide to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/spyware/malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, ComboFix, and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above. Also post here the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

Also, you should edit your above post and remove your email address. You don't want to give that out on a public forum since it could get picked up by spammers.

Regards :)

Get a copy of Spybot Search & Destroy.

Install and update it.

Run in an Admin account (and later again in every Limited User Account),
In the left pane, click on Immunize,
Use the Mode->Advanced menu to access Tools (on the left pane).
Check the box (System Startup) and then click on that label in the left pane.

In the center column are the names of the services, the right column is the path to the program.

Look for Messenger and UNCHECK the box in the left column. This will disable
MS Messenger.
Close the window.

Repeat for each Limited User account.
