My CD writer and DVDwriter wont autoplay my disks?

Since installing my 2 drives in my new system , i have a problem.....

when i install a game , i put the disk in but nothing hapens and i have to explore the drive and run autosetup from there

Also in windows if i try to copy files to a cd , i get told that there is no disk in the drive , Yet with alcohol120% it recognozes a disk no problem

(its probably something simple that i missed - bit new to this computer lark)


any help appreciated

4. After clicking on {4D36E965-E325 -11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} you should see two settings on the right-hand side:
"Upperfilters"
"Lowerfilters"
Click on each of them, press DELETE and click YES.

there isnt any "upper filters or "lower filters"

both the drives show up in "my computer" and are working
just windows wont recognize when i have disks in :evil: , yet alcohol does
and like i said in my previous post , they wont auto detect my games or other software and bring up the installer

Also in "my computer" when i manually start an installer from a disk , the drive shows that disk as being in the drive even after i manually install other disks

Go to the control panel and see if there is an option for autoplay in the device manager for the CD/DVD....
