My computer restarts randomly

After the restart I get the following message:

BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : BF02BA5E BCP3 : B83DCEEC BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

It usually happens when I use 1280x1024, which is the fact I have to use after buying a flat-tft. I had a similar problem with my old 17" crt monitor when I tried to use 1280x1024.

I have no clue how to solve this problem but I guess it has something to do with my graphic card, agp-port or the memory.

Please help me!!

Have you run any memeory tests or anything else like that to try and figure out the root of your problem here?

I am having the same problem. How do you check if it memory or other Hardware Problem?

Thanks for the advice of running a memtest.

The program found a problem at a failing address; 0002dc21478, 732 mb, during test 3

good: fdfdfdfd
bad: fdfdfdf9

Count 3
Channel 1

Do anyone what the problem is then?

Your memory is bad and needs to be replaced.
