I have been looking at and following the advice already posted on this but seems that most people didn't actually fall for the window that told you to install winvirus. My friend's Dad is not too clever and he went ahead and followed the instructions. So, we have run the scans recommended in earlier posts and indentified the trojun venga (?) virus. Then we got the ewido malware scanner and ran that and still when you restart the computer the popup comes back. What can I do? Bearing in mind I am able to follow instructions which allow for basic pC knowledge. I saved the ewido report but don't know how to post in message without exceeding character count. ...
