My Hijack This Log

Seems like my computer was acting a bit funny lately--add that to a credit card number theft and paypal hack and I am concerned that my computer may be compromised. Took care of freezing/closing/alerting accounts.
Can anyone tell me if there's trouble in here?

first of all get rid of norton, its blaotware, get avg free and zone alarm free insted

The ewido program rooted out some malware and I also followed the instructions for Hijack This. I seem to be okay now. Runner.exe is a screensaver program. Microsot Broadband Networking was a windows update. I don't know that I need it but it kept coming up as an update so I downloaded it.
