My screen display randomly chang and etc

Dear Techspot,

I think my computer infected some malware and spyware because:

1) My screen display randomly chaged.
2) I can't log out my internet properly.

Therefore, I used "Howard_hopkinso's Instruction"
I attached result below:

AVG Antispyware Result is Clean.

It seems that your system is infected. Please read the following:

Very Important: If your system is infected, read this before deciding whether to Clean or Format.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, then do the following.

Go and read Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow every step exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Hello ? I had been waited 7 days to help.
I only have 1 computer to use internet. Currently, my loading for web page is slowing down especially, checking E-Mail.
Please help !

Also, I read recently changed "Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions" that add panda anti root kit.
I used it, it didn't found any harmful things.
