Need C2D Overclocking Board With a Twist!

Well I am making my Huge PC smaller! With this case-

And a m-ATX Motherboard that will let me lower core voltage and possibly raise FSB. I want to lower voltage for less heat.

I can afford any m-ATX board At the moment lol, so price is no problem.

It's not easy to overclock without raising both the vCore voltage and the Front Side Bus clock... Why overclock in the first place?

I dont really need to I just want to take down voltage for reduced heat.

I dropped that thing, and my 7600GT, I am now using stock cooling and a X700PRO with Vf-900Cu OC'ed at 525/700 (Stock 425/650) Its a downgrade, had to drop AA in most games, but I couldnt care less lol, the 7600GT put 100$ in my pocket to upgrade to this SFF (And yes I sold the Ninja along with this)
