Need Help Analyzing MiniDump

Can anyone analyze these minidumps and help me solve a bluescreen issue? This is a Dell Latitude D600 and only seems to BSOD when not in the docking station. I've tried analyzing myself, but cannot make heads or tails on what the issue might be. Thanks in advance for the help. Attached are the files.

Both your minidumps show you have a 0x1D errors and they point to wanarp.sys which a driver for MS Remote Access and Routing ARP . This process belongs to the software Microsoft Windows Operating System.

It could be corrupt and you might have to run chkdsk or a Windows repair.

However, the files cited under these errors aren't always the culprit. It may be the one trying to access that is the issue.

In both cases the driver tm_cfw.sys came up and this is part of the Trend Micro Common Firewall Module. it could be you need to either a) update your firewall or b) completely uninstall this firewall and then reinstall.

Let us know what happens.

You also have Zonealarm installed. You should only have one firewall installed.

Tm_cfw.sys is also way out of date compared to the other Trend Micro Files.

Thanks for the info. Zone Alarm is not installed on the computer. The vsdatant.sys file is also used by the Cisco secure VPN client software. I am going to un-install Trend and then re-install Trend to see if that fixes the issues I am having.
