Need help building a gaming rig

this is my first time building a gaming rig. i have $800 canadian to spend and its alright if i go a little over. so far i got these parts in mind. (prices from local computer store)

You wont have anything without a PSU, and check on newegg.com, the prices are lower.

i was thinking about just using the psu which is usually included in cases and does newegg ship to canada?

No, I think Newegg only ships to USA and Puerto rico.

Be careful with cheap PSU's. They can burn your entire machine. Better get a quality PSU from respectable manufacturers, like Antec, Enermax, FSP Group, OCZ, etc.

I suggest you get a SFF(Small Form Factor) PC bcause they are smaller and they also save you money for a case, psu, and motherboard. Here are some nice parts:

how do u attach a heatsink?

Actually, for the SFF, there is something called the ICE(Integrated Cooling Engine) that requires no extra heatsink. If your NOT getting an SFF, then as for the heatsink, there is something called socket retention screws that attach to the processor socket. Some heatsinks already have there own thing that attaches to the socket.

I know I will be spending Close to 5grand I do not wish to go higher. Please understand I am not a rich man but since I am now disabled I will want the highest end Gaming Rig I cant get. I want the end all of gaming rigs at this time and be able to game for at least 5 years or till I die
