need help in cs 1.6

i am living in belgium gent use cable to internet
and when i try to conect a server it say
"LAN servers are restricted to local clients（Class 3）"
every server the same
cs is my life
anybody know what can i do!?

How many servers have you tried to connect to?? Thats funny, never had that problem. I would just try to connect to all the public servers that came up. The only thing I can think of is that your trying to get into servers that only let people from a certain area in.
